A seasoned educator, Dr. Florence D'Souza has a 27-year career in the field of education. She has served and continues to perform at reputed institutions during this time. Over the years, she motivated her staff to face challenges and her students to pursue the best practices, which has helped her gain a truly progressive reputation.

Jaded with academic qualifications, she has earned her award of being the "HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PRINCIPALS" in India and "ADARSH PRADANACHARYA" from the Mahatma Gandhi Rashtriya Hindi Bhasha Prachar Santa and received the "Abhinandhana Patra" (Letter of honor) by Sirigannada Prakashana, Karnataka State. She is presently (2021) the Secretary for the Karnataka ICSE Schools Association, an Executive Committee member of ICSE Council and Standing Committee member of Examinations of the ICSE board.
